R263 – Extreme sled
 
Poles are removable, allowing the user to reverse direction without having to turn the sled around.
 
Plates are loaded horizontally; which allows for quicker loading and offloading (important when working with multiple clients at the same time).
 
Horizontal plate loading also lowers the risk of getting fingers caught between plates.
 
Welded D-Rings function as anchor for battle ropes.
 
Anchors on both ends for attaching TRX (or chains) for pulling exercises.
